Room description

Similarly like Standard rooms , EKO Standard rooms feature double beds with a private bathroom and an LCD TV set, but no extra bed.

All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and an LCD TV set. The north-facing rooms offer a wonderful view of the High Tatras panorama. South-facing rooms have a balcony with romantic views Kaštieľ Lučivná.

Prices are valid from 1.5.2024. Prices for rooms include VAT. Local accommodation tax of 1 € per person per day is not included in the price list.

  • The front desk is open until 6 PM. Phone reservations can be made between 8 AM and 6 PM. Later arrival must be announced in advance by phone or by email .
  • On the day of arrival, it is possible to check in from 2 PM. until 6 PM, or later based on an agreement by phone.
  • On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest
  • Late check-out until 3 PM - fee 15 € (provided that other rooms are available).
  • The room is booked for the first night of accommodation.
  • In case of arrival time after 6 PM guests are kindly requested to inform the reception desk.
  • After making a reservation (online via the hotel website, by phone or email), you will receive an advance invoice amounting to 30% of the price of the stay, which must be paid within 3 days from the date of booking.
  • Cancellations must be reported at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation after this date, the client will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to the paid advance invoice.
  • The remaining part of the price is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception desk.
  • The room is booked for the first night of accommodation.
  • In case of arrival time after 6 PM guests are kindly requested to inform the reception desk.
  • After sending an order, you will be asked to move to the secure pages of the payment gateway. To confirm the booking, it is necessary to pay 30% of the price of the stay online. If the card is accepted and payment executed, your booking will be confirmed and you will be informed by e-mail accordingly. If the payment is not successful, we will contact you to confirm the booking.
  • Cancellations must be reported at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation after this date, the client will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to the paid advance invoice.
  • The remaining part of the price is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception desk.
  • The room is reserved for the entire stay.
  • In case of arrival time after 6 PM guests are kindly requested to inform the reception desk.

If the card is accepted and payment executed, your booking will be confirmed and you will be informed by e-mail accordingly. If the payment is not successful, we will contact you to confirm the booking.
  • Upon arrival, you will pay the local accommodation fee amounting to 1 € / person / night at the hotel reception desk.
  • This kind of booking cannot be cancelled.

In our facility it is possible to stay with small breeds of dogs. The pet fee is € 15.00 per night. In case of damage or heavy soiling of the room equipment, an additional fee will be charged.

Smoking in the rooms and inside the hotel is forbidden.
